BUILDING PERMITS

All Building Permit applications and plans are submitted, reviewed and permitted online through City Inspect.

Please schedule inspection requests through the Builder Account on City Inspect -  next day inspection requests to be received through the portal by 3 pm. If you are unable to log in, please email the Building Department at inspections@washingtoncity.org  for assistance.

In addition: ALL Washington City authorized solar installers will be required to submit pre-approved permit plans from an approved third party reviewer at the time of permit application, effective July 1, 2023. Please contact the Washington City Power Department for details.
