PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that:

Washington City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday June 5, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, request for a Zone Change Z-19-07 to change from A-20 Agricultural 20 acres to PUD Planned Unit Development Residential located at approximately 600 East and Treasure Valley Road.  Applicant is Development Solutions Group.

The purposed development is proposing 112  multi family town-homes with common and limited common areas as appropriate.  Each home will have 3 bedrooms, 21/2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage.

The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Office Building located 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  Agenda’s will be available the Friday before the meeting online at www.utah.gov/pmn and www.washingtoncity.org
