NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by Washington City for:

MAIN STREET SUBSTATION

SUBSTATION STEEL STRUCTURES

 

The bids will be for furnishing substation steel structures for the Main Street Substation.  Bids shall be in accordance with the Bid Documents prepared by Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc.(“ICPE”), hereinafter referred to as the “Engineer”.

 

Proposals (hard copy) are to be delivered to:  Washington City (Purchaser), at their office located at 111 North 100 E, Washington City, Utah 84780 before 3:00 pm on July 5, 2022.  Bids will be publicly opened and evaluated. Purchaser shall provide only one Purchase Order for the steel structures to be provided under these bid documents.

 

The project schedule is as follows:

Bid due date: July 5, 2022

 

Substation Steel Structures delivered to the project site on or before:

November 15, 2022.

 

Washington City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of Washington City.

 

Instructions, specifications, and proposal blanks will be on file in the office of Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc., ("Engineer") 1145 East South Union Avenue, Midvale, UT 84047, where they may be consulted or secured for the purpose of bidding.
