PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, for the purpose of the following:

Consideration to approve Zone Change request Z-18-10 to amend a portion of the Stucki Farms PCD  by making changes to the Specific Site Plan Map, and updating the Zoning Comparison Chart, detailed below.  Applicant:  South Landing Development, Karl Larson

A detailed legal description is available in the Community Development Office located in the Washington City Offices.   The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Office Building located 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  Agenda’s will be available the Friday before the meeting online at www.utah.gov/pmn and www.washingtoncity.org
