PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that:

 

Washington City Planning Commission will be holding a PUBLIC MEETING/HEARING  on Wednesday December 5, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider a Conditional Use Permit C-18-27 for a Self/RV Storage Facility located at 1257 East Telegraph.  Applicant is Kenneth Hendrickson.

This is a permitted use with a Conditional Use Permit.  The conditions are placed to preserve the health, safety or general welfare of persons residing or working in the vicinity, or injurious to property or improvement in the vicinity.  The proposed use will comply with regulations and conditions specified in Title 9 Chapter 17 as stated in the Codified Ordinances for Washington City.  The proposed permitted use conforms to the intent of the General Plan.

Individuals wishing to speak on this application, at the hearing, will need to direct their comments toward health, safety, and general welfare conditions that the Planning Commission should consider and not whether the use should be permitted or not.

The meeting will be held at the Washington City Offices located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  For further information contact Community Development Department 435-656-6325.  City Council Members may be in attendance but do not represent a quorum.
