The bids will be for furnishing one (1) 125 VDC Battery System for Washington City’s Staheli Substation.  Bids shall be in accordance with the Bid Documents prepared by Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc.(“ICPE”), hereinafter referred to as the “Engineer”.


Proposals (hard copy) are to be delivered to Washington City (Purchaser), at their office located at 111 North 100 East, Washington City, Utah 84780 before 3:00 pm on September 16, 2019.  Bids will be publicly opened and evaluated. Purchaser shall provide only one Purchase Order for the battery system to be provided under these bid documents.


Washington City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of Washington City.


Instructions, specifications, and proposal blanks will be on file in the office of Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc. (“Engineer”), 1145 East South Union Avenue, Midvale, UT 84047, where they may be consulted or secured for the purpose of bidding.
