The Washington City Council approved the consent agenda as detailed below unanimously.
a. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Consideration to approve the minutes from the City Council Meeting of 2/26/19 and 2/27/19.
b. BOARD AUDIT REPORT:
Consideration to approve the Board Audit Report for February 2019.
c. SPECIAL EVENTS:
i. Consideration to approve a Special Event for the Wilson Electronics Picnic at the Highland Park on 5/10/2019. Applicant: Wilson Electronics
ii. Consideration to approve a Special Event for the Ram Company Picnic, at the Highland Park on 4/27/2019. Applicant: RAM Company
iii. Consideration to approve a Special Event for Special Needs Kids Fishing Event at the Sullivan Park Pond on 4/1/2019. Southern Utah Anglers
d. FINAL PLATS:
Consideration to approve the Final Plat for Arroyo at Sienna Hills Phase 7, located at approximately Sage Crest Drive and Sage Grouse Drive. Applicant: Jim Raines Brennan Holdings No 100 LLC
5. PRELIMINARY AMENDMENT:
a. Consideration to approve the Preliminary Plat for Queensridge Subdivision, located approximately east of Harmon Lane and Farmland Drive. Applicant: Stephen Simister: The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
6. PLAT AMENDMENTS:
a. Consideration to approve the 5th Amended O.K. Corrals NO 1-A, for the purpose of combining lots 5 and 6 to create Lot D, and combining Lots 35-38 to create Lot E, located 1530 S. Thoroughbred Road and Quarter Horse Drive. Applicant: Barbara button. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
b. Consideration to approve an Amendment to Rusted Hills Preliminary Plat, by revising the lot size to match the current RA-1 Zone. Applicant: Doug Dennett. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
a. Consideration to adopt an Ordinance approving Zone Change request Z-19-03, a request from (OS) Open Space and (R-1-6) Residential Single Family 6,000 sq. ft. lots minimum to a (PUD) Planned Unit Development and (AP) Administrative and Professional, located approximately on the southeast corner of Washington Parkway and Main Street. Applicant: Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA). The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
b. Continuation of the consideration to adopt an Ordinance approving a General Plan Amendment request G-19-01, to revise the current lines of the (OS, MD, MHD) Open Space, Medium Density, and Medium High Density to a feathering affect moving from the river to the industrial area and landfill, located along Country Way on the north side of the river. Applicant: Plumb Holdings SG LLC. The Washington City Council approved unanimously with conditions.
