Fellow Washington City Residents.

Spring is in the air and the desert is beautiful and green. With all the snow we have received this winter it is anticipated to have higher flows in the Virgin River. We as a city have prepared some of the known flood areas. The staff is monitoring the river daily to anticipate any flood water that may come our way. We would ask the residents not to put themselves into any dangerous areas during this spring runoff. Be safe and enjoy the spring. Before we know it, it will be summer.
