Photographing Your Work

A workshop for anyone who needs to photograph their work using simple and free tools available for your phone or tablet.
Acrylic Painting Workshop (For Ages 16 and up)
Taught By DSU Instructor Stacy Schimbeck
Saturday, Sept.25th from 10 AM to 1 PM - Cost: $30
This class will teach how to work from reference material to create an acrylic landscape. This class is appropriate for beginning, intermediate, and advanced painters. The participants will be working on canvas in an alla prima style.
Oil Painting Workshop Series (Adults Only)
Taught By Craig Fetzer for all skill levels
Saturday Sessions (Oct. 9, 16, 23 &30) 10 - 11:30 AM - Cost: $80
• Oct. 9: Intro to History of Oil Painting. Material selections. Drawing your image.
• Oct. 16: Broad strokes. Laying down background.
• Oct. 23: Defining most important areas. Creating foreground and distance. Textures.
• October 30: Details to finish. How to frame.
