ALCOHOL LICENSE:  

First Stop, Maverik Inc. received approval of their Off­-Premise Licenses from the City Council

AGREEMENTS:

City Manager Roger Carter requested the Continuation of consideration to approve a Resolution authorizing and approving the Carbon Free Power Project, Power Sales Contract with Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems; the initial Budget and plan of Finance for the project; and related matters.  The City Council approved unanimously.

BID AWARD:

City Manager Roger Carter requested the Consideration to award the bid for the Telegraph Transmission Line - OPGW Installation.  The City Council voted unanimously to award the bid to High Voltage in the amount of $56,050

PRELIMINARY PLAT:

Reed Scow, Cole West Homes requested the consideration to approve the Preliminary Plat for Brio Subdivision Phase 3D, located approximately at the corner of Brio Parkway and Rialto Blvd. The City Council Voted to approved 4 to 1.

FINAL PLAT:

Troy Ence, Faction LLC requested the consideration to approve the Final Plat for Sugar Plumb In The Fields, Phase 4, located approximately 3900 South 900 East.

The City Council voted to approve unanimously.

PUBLIC HEARING:

Mike Staheli requested a Public Hearing for consideration to approve an Ordinance granting Zone Change request Z-18-02, to change the zoning designation for Residential Agricultural 1-acre lots (RA-1) to Single Family 12,000 sq. ft. lots (R-1-12).  The request is located at 3090 South 515 West.

The Public Hearing took place and a decision will be made in two weeks.

ORDINANCE:

South Landing Development requested the consideration to approve an Ordinance granting Zone Change request Z-18-01, amending a portion of the Stucki Farms PCD, by making changes to the Site Plan Map (Villages), and amending street cross-sections as found in “Exhibit E - Street Sections and Curbing”, and updating the Zoning Comparison Chart. The City Council approved unanimously.

RESOLUTION:

Chief Jim Keith requested the consideration to approve a Resolution of Washington City, Utah approving the form of the Vehicle(s) lease with Horsepower Fleet leasing and authorizing the execution thereof. The City Council approved unanimously.
