Options Available To The Community For Vacation Or Snowbirds

Washington City Utilities is able to Vacation accounts. The only requirement is that the account needs to have both water and power billed to the resident. If at any time they need to vacation their water, this will pause all water fees, sewer treatment/sewer collection, and garbage/recycling (if applicable). They will need to fill out a disconnect form for the water services at least 24 business hours before the desired date. This form can be found either online through the Disconnect Request Form on the Utility Billing page, or in the Utilities office. When the customer is ready to have water services reconnected, they will need to contact our office via phone or email at least 24 business hours before the desired date to have the water reinstated. There will be a $25.00 Connection Fee.

Fastest Way To Pay Bills Or Get Service

Unpaid Utilities Process

If your current bill, which is the service period total, is not paid by the 20th of each month they are considered past due.
