Washington City Lions Club annually awards two $1,000 Dixie State University scholarships to city residents based on essays about their involvement in community service. Congratulations to the outstanding 2018 scholarship recipients Aubrey L. Hendrickson and Meg D. Schwalger. Applause for the Washington LDS 5th Ward YM and YW who helped clean many, many pairs of donated eyeglasses that will be shared with those in need locally and internationally. These are only some of the things the Washington City Lions Club does to serve the community. Join us. New members always welcome!
