Nisson Park Water Wheel Restored

The iconic Water Wheel located at Nisson Park was recently renovated and returned to its home.  Washington City expresses sincere gratitude and appreciation to David Ott, a local citizen that devoted hundreds of hours during the past four months to restore the Water Wheel.  He has poured his heart and soul into this project.  Dave is a Master Craftsman, and he added several beautiful new features to the wheel during the renovation.  It is truly a piece of art.  We encourage all community members to stop and view the Water Wheel in this historic part of our city.  It is representative of our Pioneer Heritage.
