City Council Regular Meeting November 14th, 2018
1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The Washington City Council removed item 4d (Agreement) from the outlined agenda and approved the remaining agenda unanimously.
The annual Christmas In Dixie celebration will be on November 26th starting at 6pm.

The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
5. FINAL PLAT
a. Consideration to approve the Final Plat for Rusted Hills Phase 4, located at approximately Royal Drive and Black Oak Drive. Applicant: Doug Dennett. The Washington City Council denied unanimously.
6. PUBLIC HEARING
The following public hearings took place. The Washington City Council approved a donation of $500 to the Senior Corp Program unanimously. Item c will have a final decision made in two weeks.
a. Public Hearing for consideration of granting a Donation to the Five County (RSVP) Senior Corp program. Applicant: Senior Corps Program Coordinator Joanne Lyman
b. Consideration to approve a Donation to the Five County (RSVP) Senior Corp program.
c. Public Hearing for consideration to approve a General Plan Amendment request G-18-04, to change the land use designation from (OS) Open Space, (MHD) Medium High Density and (MD)Medium Density to (I) Industrial, located at approximately Landfill Road and north end of Country Way. Applicant: Plumb Holdings SG LLC
7. PRELIMINARY PLAT
a. Consideration to approve the Preliminary Plat for Prada Pacana Subdivision, located at approximately 475 North 100 East. Applicant: Craig Engel. The Washington City Council chose unanimously to table until a later date.
b. Consideration to approve the Preliminary Plat for Majestic Hills Phase 3, located at approximately 1300 East 3500 south. Applicant: D&G Property Holdings, LLC. The Washington City Council approved unanimously with conditions placed by staff and planning commission.
c. Consideration to approve the Preliminary Plat for Magnolia Grove Estates, located at approximately 2930 South 20 East. Applicant: Michael Bahr. The Washington City Council approved unanimously with conditions placed by staff and planning commission.
a. Continuation of the consideration to approve an Ordinance for Zone Change request Z-18-14, to change zoning designation from (RA-2) Residential Agricultural 2 acre lots to (PUD-R & PUD-C) Planned Unit Development Residential & Commercial. Located at approximately 600 North 1100 East. Applicant: Kendal Turner. The Washington City Council denied voting 3 to 2 and chose to table voting 4 to 1 until a later date.
b. Consideration to approve an Ordinance, granting Zone Change request Z-18-15 to change the zoning designation from Agricultural 20-acre lot (A-20) to Planned Unit Development Residential (PUD-R) Zone. The request is located at approximately 1800 S. Washington Fields Road. Applicant: Nisson Fields LLC. The Washington City Council approved voting 3 to 2.
c. Consideration to approve an Ordinance amending the Washington City Code by replacing Chapter 5 Wastewater/Pretreatment Regulations of Title 7 Utilities in order to comply with applicable current state and federal regulations. Public Work Director & City Attorney Jeff Starkey. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
9. ZONE CHANGE AMENDMENT
a. Consideration to amend a condition of Zone Change Z-16-06 , regarding the single property management company for Town Center Vacation Rental. Cole West Project Manager Reed Scow. The Washington City Council voted to deny unanimously.
