The Washington City Council approved unanimously

2. ANNOUNCEMENTS

a. Presentation of the 2019 TAP award from Utah Local Government Trust.  ULGT, Brent Oakeson

4. CONSENT AGENDA

The Washington City Council approved the consent agenda as detailed below unanimously.

a. APPROVAL OF MINUTES.

Consideration to approve the minutes from the City Council Meetings of 5/7/19 and 5/8/19.

5. PUBLIC HEARING

The Public Hearing for item (a) was opened and then tabled until June 26th.

The Public Hearing for item (b) took place and a decision will be made in two weeks.

a. Continuation of Public Hearing for consideration to approve Zone Change request Z-19-05 a request to amend the Stucki Farms Planned Community Development, located at approximately Washington Fields Road and 4430 South.  Purpose of the amendment is to amend the specific Site Plan by changing the use of Village 11 from low density to medium high density and combine and expand the ball fields and park area.  Village 22 and 23 are being eliminated and their area added to Village 24, to create a larger combined park area totally 43.0 acres for an addition of 10.4 acres to parks as well as common open space to account for the addition of the 10.4 acres.  The overall unit count has remained the same.  Applicant: Karl Larson.

b. Public Hearing for consideration to adopt the 2019/2020 FY Budget for Washington City. Administrative Services Director Kimberly Ruesch.
