Merger Happening

Beginning September 1, 2018, Washington City Parks and Washington City Recreation will merge to create Washington City Parks & Recreation, a division of the Leisure Services Department. The new Parks & Recreation office will be located at the northeast corner of the Washington City Community Center, near the Reception Center and Preschool. A dedicated entrance has been constructed, and we encourage community members to access the Parks & Recreation offices from this new exterior entrance. Services provided by our Parks & Recreation office staff include adult and youth league registration, summer camp registration, athletic field/gym rentals, park pavilion rentals, special event applications, and much more. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
