CONSENT AGENDA:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Consideration to approve the minutes from the City Council Meetings of 6/27/18, 7/10/18, and 7/11/18. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
FINAL PLATS:
Consideration to approve the Final Plat for Cambria Townhomes, located approx. 500 North 1100 East. Applicant: A.J. Rino LLC. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
Consideration to approve the Final plat for Silverado Townhomes PUD, located approx. 200 West 300 North. Applicant: Jim Price. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
PLANNING COMMISSION APPOINTMENT:
This item was removed.
Consideration to confirm the appointment of a member to the Planning Commission. Mayor Kenneth Neilson.
RAP TAX:
Consideration to distribute RAP Tax funds:

The Washington City Council denied unanimously.
ORDINANCES:
Consideration to approve an Ordinance granting Zone Change request Z-18-11 from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Planned Unit Development Residential (PUD-R), located approximately 900 East 200 south. Applicant; SJ Property Holding LLC. The Washington City Council approved with conditions voting 4 to 1.
ANNEXATION:
Consideration to accept and move forward with an Annexation application for the “Whitworth Addition”, located approximately 2250 South between 20 East and 240 West. Applicant: Jerald and Lena Turner, Matthew Ferguson. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
ROAD DEDICATION:
Consideration to approve the dedication Plat for Red Stone Road, located from the intersection of 145 N Washington Parkway northeast to 1575 E. Sandy Talus Drive. Applicant: Utah School Institutional Trust Land Administration (SITLA). The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
QUIT-CLAIM:
Consideration of approval of Quit-Claim of flood plain area. City Attorney Jeff Starkey / Public Works Director Mike Shaw. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
AGREEMENT:
This item was removed.
Consideration to approve a Joint Access Agreement with the LDS Church. City Attorney Jeff Starkey / City Manager Roger Carter.
