 Help Those In Need: The Angel Tree

The Washington City Police Department is excited to announce our participation in a fund raising event for a local charity in our community. The charity provides Christmas opportunities to those in our community who might be struggling. Beginning October 1st, officers from the Washington City Police Department will be allowed to start growing a beard if they are willing to donate to the charity. If any of our community members would like to support our efforts by donating to this charity, they can contact The Angel Tree directly at 435-680-5253. On December 1st, Officers which have participated in the charity will then present the donations from the Officers and the community to the charity. After December 1st, you’ll have your clean cut officers back serving our community. We look forward to this event and the opportunity to contribute to and support our community, in a fun way.
