NOTICE: Election Date for 2023 in Utah has been adjusted to Nov 21, 2023
by Governor Cox to align all state elections this year.

POST ELECTION AUDIT
In accordance with UCA 20A-1-102(23), the Washington County Clerk shall hold a Post-Election Audit on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 12:00 pm. The audit will begin at the Washington County Administration Building, 111 E Tabernacle St, St George, UT outside entrance C, in the office on the left.

Tuesday, November 21, 2023
Polling: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
“Notice is given that the Special General election for the U.S. House Representative District 2 and the Municipal general election will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023.”
Washington County will have 3 Vote Center locations on November 21, 2023 to assist voters. Accessible voting equipment will be available at each vote center to assist voters with sight and mobility issues. Disabled voters may also contact the county clerk’s office to learn more about a new program to assist them in voting independently at home, please contact us at (435) 301-7248.
All Washington County precincts will be available at any vote center location. The vote center locations are the Dixie Convention Center, 1835 Convention Center Dr, St George UT, the Hurricane Community Center, 63 S 100 W, Hurricane UT and the Santa Clara City Office, 2603 Santa Clara Dr, Santa Clara UT. More information can also be found on the county’s website https://www.washco.utah.gov/departments/clerk-auditor/election-info/ or https://vote.utah.gov/. “The polls will open at 7 a.m. and continue open until 8 p.m. of the same day.”
The canvass of Special U.S. House Representative District 2 Election will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in the Washington County Commission Chambers, 111 E Tabernacle, St George UT 84770.
A 2023 Special General Post Election Audit will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023, noon, at the Washington County Clerk’s office, 111 E Tabernacle St, St George UT 84770. The audit will begin at the Washington County Administration Building, outside entrance C, in the office on the left.
The pre-election test of the automatic tabulating equipment was held on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. in the Washington County Clerk’s office, 111 E Tabernacle St, St George, UT.
All voters must provide Valid Voter Identification. More information can be found by going to https://www.washco.utah.gov/departments/clerk-auditor/election-info/.
If there are any changes to the location of a polling place or the addition of a polling place more information will be provided at https://www.washco.utah.gov/departments/clerk-auditor/election-info/ or https://vote.utah.gov/.

NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that the Municipal General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
A polling location/vote center for ALL Washington City Precincts will be located at the following location:
Dixie Center
1835 Convention Center Drive
St. George, UT
Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for voters to return their ballots or vote in person on Election Day. Accessible voting machines will be available.
Voters must be a citizen of the United States; residents of the voting precinct in which they are voting; and 18 years of age or older by the General Election in order to participate. Voter identification will be required.
