BUILDING PERMITS

        

All Building Permit applications and plans are submitted, reviewed and permitted online through City Inspect.

Effective June 1, 2022, all building permit applications for new construction permits or any other construction that includes a new water meter(s), will require the completed and signed “Acknowledgement of Water Supply Form” to be uploaded with the permit plans and documents.

All questions pertaining to the new requirement should be directed by email to attorney@washingtoncity.org.

  • Cell Tower - New Build and\or adding or updating equipment - call the Building Department for instructions at (435) 656-6326.  Pre-submittal meeting is required before application can be submitted.                

Note: Additional permit types will be added as they become ready to post on the website.
