WASHINGTON CITY

2024 MEETING SCHEDULE

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington City Council, Planning Commission, Power Board, and Historic Preservation Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meetings monthly for the Calendar Year 2024 as follows:

CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING

2nd and 4th Wednesday from 4:00 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.

*Workshop Meetings held the same day as Public Forums will begin immediately following.

(Meetings will not be held on July 24th, November 27th and December 25th)

CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING

2nd and 4th Wednesday at 6:00 P.M.

(Meetings will not be held on July 24, November 27th and December 25th)
        

CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC FORUM

Quarterly on the 2nd Wednesday from 4:00 to 4:30 P.M.

*(January 10, April 10, July 10, October 9, 2024)

        

LAND USE AUTHORITY

1st and 3rd Wednesday at 6:00 P.M. immediately following the Planning Commission.

(Meetings will not be held on June 19th and January 1st 2025)
                

PLANNING COMMISSION

1st and 3rd Wednesday at 6:00 P.M.

(Meetings will not be held on June 19th and January 1st 2025)

        

POWER BOARD

1st Tuesday at 5:00 P.M.
(Meeting will not be held on November 5th)

        

HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION

4th Wednesday of February and August at 12:00 P.M.

Any additional Committee / Board Meetings will be scheduled on an as needed basis.

        

All meetings are hosted in the Council Chambers of Washington City Hall, (unless otherwise posted) located at 111 North 100 East.
