NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Proposals (Bids) will be received by Washington City (“Purchaser”) until 3:00 p.m. current mountain time (MST) on December 31, 2024, for the (28) twenty-eight Pre-Engineered Light Duty and (7) seven Custom Tubular steel poles for installation in the Purchaser’s 69kV Parkway to Grapevine Substation Transmission Line. Bids shall be in accordance with the Bid Documents prepared by ICPE Consulting Engineers, Inc. (“ICPE”), hereinafter referred to as the “Engineer”.

The Bids will be opened and evaluated by Washington City.

The purchaser will only enter one contract for the purchase of the (28) twenty-eight Pre-Engineered Light Duty and (7) seven Custom Tubular steel poles to be supplied under these Bid Documents.

The preferred delivery date to the project site is on or before October 1, 2025. If this is not achievable, then please provide the earliest possible delivery.

The Purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of Washington City.
