NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS

Washington City Utah is seeking bids for the construction of a new Parks Maintenance  Facility that will be located at 650 N 300 E, Washington, Utah, 84780. Plans and Bidder  Instructions are available in digital format via email request sent to rn@mrwdesign.com.Interested Contractors shall include the following when submitting a proposal: sealed  bid, sureties of bond and insurance, and time frame expected for completion.  A  mandatory pre‐bid meeting for any General Contractor preparing a bid will be held on  site, 650 N 300 E, Washington, UT 84780, Tuesday, Wednesday June 1st, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. MDT.  Deadline for Submission of Sealed Proposal:  10:00 a.m. MDT on Thursday,  June 16th, 2022 at the Washington City Offices at 111 N 100 E, Washington, UT 84780, Attention: Tara Pentz, City Recorder.  A Public Bid Opening will occur at 10:05 a.m. MDT on Thursday, June 16th, 2022 at the same location.  Awarding of the project will be  considered at the June 22nd, 2022 Washington City Council Meeting based on a  complete bid proposal as outlined in the Bidder Instructions, including but not limited to overall cost and proposed construction schedule.
