Notice of Bid

Sealed Bids for the construction of Green Spring Park Improvements Project will be received by Washington City, at the office of the Leisure Services Dept., 350 N. Community Center Dr., Washington City, UT 84780, until 1:00 PM local time on December 11, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Green Spring Park Improvements Project will consist of retrofitting an existing detention basin with turf grass sod to accommodate informal soccer and baseball play. A landscaped slope will also be provided to connect the existing turf areas and the new turf grass sod improvements.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.  Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

Bidding Documents may be examined online at www.sunrise-eng.com; or at the office of the Engineer, Sunrise Engineering, Inc. 11 North 300 West, Washington, Utah 84780, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 11:30 AM local time on December 5, 2019 at the Green Spring Park at 1760 North Vista Park Way.  Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
