NOTICE TO BIDDERS:

Bids will be received by WASHINGTON CITY for:

WASHINGTON CITY

GRAPEVINE SUBSTATION

67 kV-12.47/7.2 kV Grd Y, 12 MVA POWER TRANSFORMER

The Bids will be for the furnishing of one (1) 67 kV-12.47/7.2 kV Grounded Y, 12 MVA Power Transformer for the Washington Grapevine Substation project. Bids will be in accordance with the Bid Documents prepared by Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc. (“ICPE”), (hereinafter referred to as “Engineer”).

Bids are to be emailed to Tara Pentz (tpentz@washingtoncity.org) at Washington City (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”), before 3:00 pm on April 5, 2024.  Bids will be publicly opened and evaluated. The Purchaser shall enter into only one contract for the transformer to be provided under this bid document.

The project schedule is as follows:

Bid due date: April 17, 2024

The Power Transformer shall be delivered to the project site between March 2025 and June 2025. Please provide an alternative delivery date if this cannot be met.

Washington City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of Washington City.
