PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDING THE

WASHINGTON CITY GRADING EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MANUAL

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington City Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance amending and adopting the Washington City Grading, Erosion, and Sediment Control (GESC) Manual.

Copies of the amendment are available for public review in the Washington City Recorder’s Office located at 111 North 100 East,  Washington, Utah, or you can view the plan online here: Grading, Erosion, and Sediment Control Manual.  The Public Hearing to consider adoption will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 6:00 P.M., or shortly thereafter in the Council Chamber of the Washington City Office Building.  

Public comment for this topic may be submitted through the “Items Available for Public Comment” portal at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings. The public comment portal opens the Friday before the meeting and is available until 5:00 pm on the day preceding the meeting.  Virtual or in-person meeting attendance is also welcome.
