PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington City will host a public electronic meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 6:00 P.M.  The Planning Commission will be held in the Council Chambers of Washington City Hall located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings

  1. PLANNING COMMISSION PRO-TEM APPROVAL

  1. Consideration to approve the Planning Commission Chair Pro-Tem.

  1. PUBLIC HEARINGS

**Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**

  1. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to the City Council for Conditional Use Permit C-24-15 for the construction of a new building at Washington Plaza located at 293 E Telegraph Street.  Applicant:  Civil Science

  1. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to the City Council for a Zone Change request Z-24-06 to update the existing PUD-R zoning located at approximately 1050 N. Main Street.  Applicant:  Bush & Gudgell

  1. ADJOURNMENT
