  1. AMENDMENT - PLAT CONDITIONS
  1. Consideration of a request to allow an amendment to subdivision approval for Condition #11 Warner Gateway Phase 2, “Only thirty (30) lots will be able to apply for final plat status and be recorded, until the time that alternative ingress/egress roads are made available through to either the north or the south boundary lines of the subdivision”.  Applicant is requesting Council approval of the proposed access: 5 year temporary easement with BLM; remainder easement through Stucki Farms.  Applicant: Warner Gateway LLC
