PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington City will host a meet on Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 at 6:00 PM.  The Planning Commission will be held in the City Council Chambers of the Washington City Offices located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings

  1. Approval of the minutes from April May 4, 2022.
            
  1. DECLARATION OF ABSTENTIONS & CONFLICTS

  1. 2 -LOT MINOR  SUBDIVISION

  1. Consideration to approve a 2- lot minor subdivision, Magleby Subdivision located approximately at 245 S. Main Street.  Applicant:  Jensen Magleby.

        

  1. ZONE CHANGE
            
    ** Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**
            
  1. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council  for a Zone Change request to approve design standards for Z-22-11, located at approximately Bella Vista Drive and Bonnie Lane.  Applicant:  Wasatch Acquisitions
            
  1. SPECIAL USE APPROVAL
            
    ** Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**
            
  1. Public Hearing and consideration to approve a Conditional Use Permit in an Industrial zone, C-22-04, located at 1363 E. Washington Dam Road.  Applicant:  Lori Pregner and Chris Long.
            
  1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

  1. Public Hearing and consideration to approve a Conditional Use Permit for a medical office building, C-22-06, located approximately at Brio Parkway and Buena Vista Blvd.  Applicant:  Travis Davis and Hughes General Contractors.
            
  1. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
            
    ** Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**
            
  1. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for adding Section 9-8A-8 to the Washington City Code for an Internal Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance (IADU).

  1. DISCUSSION ITEM
            
  1.  Discussion of Hillside Protection regulation.
