1. Public Hearing and consideration to approve an Ordinance for Zone Change Z-22-15 from Agricultural 20 Acres (A-20) to Planned Unit Development-Residential (PUD-R), located at approximately 4200 South and 545 East.  Applicant: Desert Canyons Development, Inc., & DSG Holdings, LLC.
           
2. Public Hearing and consideration to approve an Ordinance for Zone Change Z-22-17 from Residential Agricultural One Acre (RA-1) to Residential 10,000 Sq Ft Lots (R-1-10) located at approximately Crimson Cliffs Way & Medallion Drive  Applicant: Ryan Henderson
