1. Consideration to approve a request to change the name of Green Springs Planned Community Development to Solenté located north of Washington Parkway and Main Street.  Applicant:  GWC Capital
           
2. Consideration to approve a request to change the name of the Preliminary Plat for Green Springs Village 1 phase 1 Estate Lots to Solenté Village 1 phase 1 Estate Lots located north of Washington Parkway and Main Street. GWC Capital
           

6. AWARD OF BID
           

1. Consideration to award the bid for Dog Town Park Phase 2 to Grass Creek Construction in the amount of $873,118.

1. Consideration to approve an Ordinance Distributing the Recreational, Arts, and Parks Tax to Encore Performing Arts.
           
2. Consideration to approve an Ordinance Distributing the Recreational, Arts, and Parks Tax to Red Rock Music Association.
