NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXCHANGE REAL PROPERTY

Washington City hereby gives notice of the City’s intent to consider selling certain real property (the “Property”) owned by the City and thereafter to take steps to exchange such Property. A Public Hearing will be held to allow for public comment during the January 27, 2021, City Council Meeting which is scheduled to begin at 6:00 P.M., or shortly thereafter. The meeting will be held at the Washington City Office Building, located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah 84780.

The parcel(s) of real property are not “significant” under applicable Utah or Washington City law. The Property is being considered for sale to the immediately-adjacent real property owners based upon independent, professional appraisal values. The Property is approximately 0.098 acres and located on the realignment of the west end 3650 South, Washington, Utah 84780.
