NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE / AMEND

 A ZONAL IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN

Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a, this notice is hereby given that Washington City intends to prepare / amend, a Culinary Water Impact Fee Facilities Plan & Impact Fee Analysis according to the requirements of the State of Utah.  The impact fee service area for this analysis includes the Highlands Development area.
