Notice is being given that the Washington City Council will be holding a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., or shortly thereafter, for consideration to approve General Plan Amendment G-21-01.  Applicant: Kimball Gardner  is requesting to change the Land Use Designation from Low Density (LD) to Neighborhood Commercial (NCOMM).  The property is located at 580 E. Washington Dam Road, Washington, Utah.
