PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington City will host a public electronic meeting on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 6:00 P.M.  The Planning Commission will be held in the Council Chambers of Washington City Hall located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings

1. Approval of the Planning Commission Minutes from August 21, 2024.

3. DECLARATION OF ABSTENTIONS & CONFLICTS

4. ZONE CHANGE

**Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**
        

1. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council of Zone Change Z-24-05 from RA-5 to R-1-15, located at 2140 E. Washington Dam Road.  Applicant: Rosenberg & Associates

5. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

1. Public Hearing for consideration to approve Conditional Use Permit C-24-14 for an in home daycare/preschool located at 82 E 200 S.   Applicant:  Logan Crowther.

2. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council Conditional Use Permit C-24-11 for a grocery store located at 175 W Buena Vista Blvd.  Applicant:  RSP Architecture.
