PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that:


Washington City Planning Commission will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING  on Wednesday June 16, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider a Conditional Use Permit C-21-04 to consider approval for an additional Dish wireless antennas, equipment cabinet and ice bridge to an existing cell tower located at approximately Coral Canyon SR-9.  Applicant: Dish Wireless LLC, Craig Chagnon.

This is a permitted use with a Conditional Use Permit.  The conditions are placed to preserve the health, safety or general welfare of persons residing or working in the vicinity, or injurious to property or improvements in the vicinity.  The proposed use will comply with regulations and conditions specified in Title 9 Chapter 17 as stated in the Codified Ordinances for Washington City.  The proposed permitted use conforms to the intent of the General Plan.

You are welcome to submit in writing your comments or concerns to or respond through the posted agenda “Items Available for Public Comment” at the link will remain open for comments until 4:00 P.M. the day before the meeting.

Individuals wishing to speak on this application, at the hearing, will need to direct their comments toward health, safety, and general welfare conditions that the Planning Commission should consider and not whether the use should be permitted or not.
