1. Consideration to approve an Ordinance for Zone Change Z-24-09 from A-20 to RA-2 and Open Space, located at 405 E South Nichols Peak. Applicant: Mark Whitworth.
           
2. Consideration to approve an Ordinance adopting the Washington City Secondary Water Irrigation Master Plan.
