NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by Washington  City for:

Washington City

Main Street Substation

69kV S&C TransRupter(s) Transformer Protector

The Bids will be for the furnishing of two (2) 69kV Vertical TransRupter Transformer Protector for Washington City’s Main Street Substation.  Bids will be in accordance with the Bid Documents prepared by Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc. (“ICPE”), (hereinafter referred to as “Engineer”).

Sealed  (hard copy) proposals are to be delivered to:

before 3:00 pm on December  3,  2021.  Bids will be publicly opened and evaluated. Purchaser shall enter into only one contract for the equipment to be provided under this specification.

The project schedule is as follows:

 

Bid due date:  December 3, 2021

Bid award date:   December 13, 2021 through January 14, 2022

TransRupter delivered to the project site on or before:  September 1, 2022 (other dates considered)

Anchor Bolts Delivered:  no later than June 30, 2022

Purchaser shall enter into only one contract for the 69kV TransRupter Transformer Protector.

Washington City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of Washington City.

Instructions, specifications and proposal blanks will be on file at the city office and in the office of Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc., ("Engineer") 1145 East South Union Avenue, Midvale, UT 84047, where they may be consulted or secured for the purpose of bidding
