PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Washington City Planning Commission will hold a Public Electronic Regular Meeting Wednesday August 5, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, to make a recommendation to City Council.  The meeting will be broadcast via YouTube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings Public Hearing is for the purpose of the following:

C-20-05 Conditional Use Permit for a Motor Vehicle Impound Yard located at 1385 East Hillcrest Drive.  Applicant is Jeremy Johnson.

This is a permitted use with a Conditional Use Permit.  The conditions are placed to preserve the health, safety or general welfare of persons residing or working in the vicinity, or injurious to property or improvements in the vicinity.  The proposed use will comply with regulations and conditions specified in Title 9 Chapter 17 as stated in the Codified Ordinances for Washington City.  The proposed permitted use conforms to the intent of the General Plan.

Individuals wishing to speak on this application, at the hearing, will need to direct their comments toward health, safety, and general welfare conditions that the Planning Commission should consider and not whether the use should be permitted or not.

You are welcome to submit in writing your comments or concerns through the posted agenda “Item Available for Public Comment” at  https://washingtoncity.org/meetings the link will remain open for comments the Friday before the meeting until the close of the public hearing by the Planning Commission.
