PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given for:

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE / AMEND

 AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN

Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a, Washington City hereby gives notice of the intent to amend the Impact Fee Analysis/Facilities Plan for Public Safety in accordance to the requirements of the State of Utah.

The Impact Fee Service Area for this analysis includes the entire city limits.
