PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington City will host a public electronic meeting on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 6:00 P.M.  The Planning Commission will be held in the Council Chambers of Washington City Hall located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings

**Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**
        

1. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for Conditional Use Permit C-24-19 for a new retail project that includes construction of three new buildings, located at approximately Washington Parkway and Sandy Talus Dr.  Applicant: Rosenberg Associates
           
2. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council of Zone Change Request Z-24-09 from A-20 to RA-2 and Open Space, located at 405 E South Nichols Peak.  Applicant:  Mark Whitworth.
