PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Land Use Authority of Washington City will host a public electronic meeting on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 6:00 P.M or immediately following the Planning Commission Meeting.  The Land Use Authority meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of Washington City Hall located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings

**Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**

1. Public Hearing and consideration to approve a Preliminary Plat for Country Hills Subdivision located at approximately 2090 E Washington Dam Rd.  Applicant:  Rosenberg & Associates
           
2. Public Hearing and consideration to approve a Preliminary Plat for Breakwater at Alaia located at approximately Groves Parkway and Breakwater Lane.  Applicant:  The Preserve at Stucki Farms Holdings  

3. Public Hearing and consideration to approve a Preliminary Plat for Zion Shores at Alaia located at approximately Waters Edge and Groves Parkway.  Applicant:  Zion Surf Development

4. Public Hearing and consideration to approve a Preliminary Plat for High Spur at Long Valley located at approximately Lost Springs Drive and Riggs Loop.  Applicant D R Horton
