1. Consideration to approve the minutes from the City Council Meeting of 2/12/25.
           

5. AWARD OF BID
           

1. Consideration to award the bid for the Washington City Solente Water Transmission Line Pipe Procurement to Ferguson Waterworks in the amount of $765,870.40.

2. Consideration to award the bid for the Grapevine Substation Steel Structures‬ Stoddard Steel for‬ in the amount of $231,920.
           
3. Consideration to award the bid for the Grapevine 69 kV Steel Poles to CHM Industries in the amount of $446,357.65.

4. Consideration to approve an Ordinance for General Plan Amendment G-25-01 from low density to medium density, located approximately at 4200 South and Crimson Cliffs Way.   Applicant: S&S Homes.

5. Consideration to approve an Ordinance for Zone Change Z-25-01 to update the existing PCD zoning for Long Valley Trails located approximately  at Long Valley Road and the Southern Pkwy.  Applicant:  D R Horton.
