PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that:

Washington City Planning Commission will be holding a PUBLIC MEETING/HEARING  on Wednesday February 19, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider a Conditional Use Permit C-20-01 for a multi family 68 unit project located at approximately 3925 W Washington Fields Road, project name is Bedford.  Applicants are Dan and LeAnne Hoopes.

This is a permitted use with a Conditional Use Permit.  The conditions are placed to preserve the health, safety or general welfare of persons residing or working in the vicinity, or injurious to property or improvements in the vicinity.  The proposed use will comply with regulations and conditions specified in Title 9 Chapter 17 as stated in the Codified Ordinances for Washington City.  The proposed permitted use conforms to the intent of the General Plan.

Individuals wishing to speak on this application, at the hearing, will need to direct their comments toward health, safety, and general welfare conditions that the Planning Commission should consider and not whether the use should be permitted or not.
