PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Washington City Planning Commission will hold a Public Electronic Regular Meeting Wednesday April 7, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, to make a recommendation to City Council. The meeting will be broadcast via YouTube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings Public Hearing is for the purpose of the following:
The Cottages at the Village at Stucki Farms Phase 1 Amended and Extended Final Plat located at approximately Cattail Lane and Farmhouse Drive. The purpose for the amendment is to increase the size of lot 1 eliminating lot 9 to increase the adjacent lot widths and extend the phase boundary. Applicant is Karl Larson.

The meeting will be hosted in the Council Chambers of the City Office Building located 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah. Agenda’s will be available the Friday before the meeting online at www.utah.gov/pmn and www.washingtoncity.org

The link will remain open for comments the Friday afternoon before the meeting until the beginning of the Planning Commission meeting.
