PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington City will host a public electronic meeting on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 6:00 P.M.  The Planning Commission will be held in the Council Chambers of Washington City Hall located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES        
           

1. Approval of the Planning Commission minutes from April 3, 2024.

3. DECLARATION OF ABSTENTIONS & CONFLICTS

4. ZONE CHANGE

**Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**
        

1. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for Zone Change Z-24-03 from AP to C-1 located at 750 W. Merrill Road.  Applicant:  Rosenberg & Associates

5. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT
           
   **Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**
           

1. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for General Plan Amendment G-24-03 from LD to NCOMM located at 2651 S. Washington Fields Road.  Applicant: Bryan & Jennica Burnett and Ascend Land Consultants
           

6. CODE AMENDMENT
           
   **Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**
           

1. Public Hearing for consideration of approval for a Code Amendment of  Title 9-8B-5, Side Yard Setbacks located in a R-1-10 zone of the Washington City Code
