PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a, this notice is hereby given that Washington City intends to enact an additional Culinary Water Zonal Impact Fee according to the requirements of the State of Utah.

The impact fee service area for this analysis includes the Highlands Development area.  

Copies of the documents are available for public review in the Washington City Recorder’s Office located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah, and at the Washington City Branch Library, located at 220 North 300 East, Washington, Utah.  The Public Hearing to consider adoption will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., or shortly thereafter in the Council Chamber of the Washington City Office Building.  

Public comment for this topic may be submitted through the “Items Available for Public Comment” portal at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings or emailed to recorder@washingtoncity.org.  The public comment portal opens the Friday before the meeting and is available until 5:00 pm on the day preceding the meeting.  Virtual or in-person meeting attendance is also welcome.
