PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington City will meet on Wednesday January 16, 2019 at 5:30 PM.  The Planning Commission will meet in the City Council Chambers of the Washington City Offices located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.

  1. Consideration and recommendation to City Council for the Majestic Hills Phase 2 Final Plat located at approximately Noble Drive and 3650 South.  Applicant is Majestic Hills Development, Jason Christensen.

       5.  CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

  1. Public Hearing to consider approval of a Conditional Use Permit C-19-03 for a Senior Living project located at approximately Buena Vista Blvd and Main Street.  Applicant is Triago.

        6.    ZONE CHANGE

a.   Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a Zone Change request Z-19-01 to change from R-1-12 (Single Family Residential minimum 12,000 sq ft lots) to R-2 (One and Two Family Residential) located at approximately Washington Fields Road across from Washington Dam Road.  Applicant is Matt Green, Jeremy Green and Kyle Eardley.

 b. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a Zone Change request Z-19-02  Zone Change Z-19-02 request to change from OS (Open Space) to I-2 (Heavy Industrial) located on the Landfill Road.  Applicant is Plumb Holdings SG LLC.

7.   GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT

  1. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City council  a General Plan Amendment G-19-01 request to change the current lines and areas of OS, MD and MHD (Open Space, Medium Density and Medium High Density) to the revised lines of OS, MD and MHD (Open Space, Medium Density and Medium High Density), with a feathering affect moving from the river to the industrial area and landfill, located along Country Way.  Applicant is Plumb Holdings SG LLC.
