PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington City will host a public electronic meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 6:00 P.M.  The Planning Commission will be held in the Council Chambers of Washington City Hall located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings

1. Approval of the Planning Commission Minutes from July 3, 2024.

3. DECLARATION OF ABSTENTIONS & CONFLICTS

4. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT

**Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**
        

1. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to the City Council General Plan Amendment G-24-04 from EST to VLD, located at 2140 E. Washington Dam Road.  Applicant: Rosenberg & Associates

5. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

**Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings,  until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.  After that time only in person comments will be taken.**

1. Public Hearing for consideration to approve Conditional Use Permit C-24-09 for setback relief of a building located at 1774 East 1340 South.  Applicant:  Civil Science

2. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to the City Council Conditional Use Permit C-24-10 for an event center to be located on the 1st floor of the building located at 750 W. Merrill Road  Applicant:  Rosenberg & Associates
