PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that:

Washington City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday April 1, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, for a zone change request Z-20-04 to change from OS Open Space to R-1-10 Single Family Residential minimum 10,000 sq ft lots located at approximately east of Washington Vista Phase 3A & 3B.  Applicant is First Nation Investments LLC.

The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Office Building located 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  Agenda’s will be available the Friday before the meeting online at www.utah.gov/pmn and www.washingtoncity.org
